Make Ultralight theme avalible for wordpress.com users

  I would really like the http://fredriksoerlie.com “Ultralight theme” available for us free users wordpress.com as an option among the free themes. Its one of the best themes i ever seen. It is also used here by Mozilla http://mozillalinks.org/wp/
