Make website mine

How do you delete the wordpress theme from the footer of the my website. I don’t want the theme or wordpress displayed at the bottom. I would rather customise it so it saids Designed by Dilkara Designs
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can add to the footer and change the styling, but removing it completely or trying to obscure it is against the WordPress.com terms of service. Here’s how you could add your own text after the existing footer though:
.site-info:after { content: "Dilkara Designs!"; } -
It is also possible to style the existing footer credits so that they go better with your design. For more on that, see May I remove the Admin Bar, credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links? in the FAQ section on the Custom Design support page.

Hallluke, where exactly do I add
.site-info:after {
content: “Dilkara Designs!”;
}Of course I would be using my own text within content “”
I am so new to this. I clicked on “inspect element” when I right clicked on the footer that states “Blog at WordPress.com The Business Identity Theme”. Is this where I somehow insert this html? Any advice is very very appreciated!I understand I can’t get rid of the original verbiage (which I think looks unprofessional but I’m accepting there’s no way around it).

@baileylawfirm, Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the above custom CSS.
