  Hi, This domain name currently does not belong to someone else than me. As soon as I let this domain name go, someone else took it and build a site with contents which does nothing to do with me at all. It maybe a fraud. Please take it down. Or advice. Thank you.

  What is the exact domain name you are talking about?
  If you are talking about https://makikomethodnyc.wordpress.com/, that site is connected to the account makikocastro you are logged in to. I see you started that site in Juni 15, 2017 but never posted on it.
  The moment you let a domain go, it means you no longer wants it. Also meaning the moment it’s available for sale, anyone can buy and use that domain. There is no legal way to (re)claim that domain.

  Yes, I know that. So, then why this site should not be connected to my makikocastro account which I can logging in? The moment I let it go, the account supposed to be disconnected from makikocastro.

  Please advice.

  If it shows up in your wordpress.com account, it must have been connected one way or another to your account probably through Jetpack. Staff is able to disconnect that domain from your account.
