making a blog as a website

  I have a website that i want to turn into a blog site but still have it setup as a website with a shopping cart.

  Now im wondreing how do i get another blog to do this?

  I already have wordpress installed on my server for a blog that i already have but i want to get another blog to set up as a main site

  how would i go about doing this? would i have to reinstall wordpress on my server so i could have two blogs on my server?

  or would i be able to go through the mysql database and get another blog?

  If i have to reinstall the wordpress will i lose my orginal blog that i already have?

  Sorry for all the questions just that im not sure how to go about this

  I would recommend reading this post http://wordpress.com/forums/topic.php?id=3700&replies=1 you will discover that wordpress.com and wordpress.org run on different software and also that you are are in the wrong support forum. Please ask your questions over here http://wordpress.org/support
