How do I make a book out of my travel blog?

I’m lame. I can’t figure this out.
1. Want to make a book out of my travel blog. It will be approx 200 pages. Needs to be in chron order. My entire blog started in October 2008, but the travel portion of it only runs from March 31-April 22, 2011.
2. I want to edit it a bit before I send it to print, wherever I do that (blogbooker?)
3. It took me 2 3/4 years to write this. During that time, somehow the photos uploaded at different sizes and resolutions. How can I make them all the same? (High resolution.)
4. I want to create two versions of this blog, one for my travel companions (3 sets) and one for me (which is more me-centric). Can I produce a second/different draft somehow?

You want to hire a consultant for that or use some of the pre-existing software solutions like Blurb.com. Either way you’re in for a long haul. It will not be easy or quick.

Thanks. Where does one find a consultant for something like this? Is it an online relationship or do I hit my local university (a block away)?

By the way, I don’t want to “publish” this. I only want a bound version to have as a keepsake, and to give as a gift to my 3 fella trekkers.
