Making a duplicate website of a existing website

I have a website already set up. We are doing a different business that goes with the current one but we want to change the words and text but keep the same exact workflow and layout as the current one. Is there a way to duplicate the current website without messing it up?

Hi! Completely different site then what we have currently (but it’s one we own and have created) ….and pretty much I want exactly the same copy, content and theme of it and then I will just make small changes to it to accommodate the new stuff.

Pardon me but why would you want to do that ie. duplicating content across domains, given Google’s position on duplicating content across domains? https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66359?hl=en

Were you planning on hosting the new site here? We could help you copy the content over but not the theme, since that theme is not supported on our servers.
