  I want to make a forum with members login, can this be done from a online website, and do I have to pay for this? what do I need? Best regards Signe

  It is not possible to have a membership site on the WordPress.com platform, but you can do that with a self-hosted WordPress site (also known as WordPress.org).

  You’ll want to look into membership site plugins for WordPress.
