making a gallery of photos

  I would really like to find a way of making a gallery of photos on my site.
  Basically a good way of showing quite a few images on one page that isn’t just stacking them one on top of the other.

  I have the featured slider on the home page but want something different on the gallery page…. like a series of neat thumbnails which enlarge/ slideshow as you click on them…

  Any advice?
