Making a page a link

  Hi! I want to have a link to an external page (booking system on my other website) that links from the navigation/ menu bar so that when you click on this it doesn’t open a new page on my WordPress website but just opens the new link in a different tab. Right now it’s just a blank page with ‘book now’ which then links to the external booking system. Can anyone help please?
