making a pages linked in side bar

  i have 2 pages that I want to be available in my main menu navigation tool bar, but can not figure out how to make them permanent.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The easiest way to do this would be to create a custom menu:

  You can read about how to add pages to a menu here:

  Then, you can use the custom menu widget to place the menu on your sidebar:
