    Hi garylf3,

    What is the address of the site you are unable to login to? Please don’t share any transaction or payment details on these forums, a site address is the only information I need for now.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and log back in using the email address your renewal reminder or purchase receipt was sent to — there should be an option to renew from the Manage Purchases page in the correct account.
