Making a payment for domain

  I have tried several times to make a renewal payment for my domain. Whenever I try to submit the payment using either paypal or my card it tells me to enter my first name, but there is no field available to enter it.

  Hi @shawnstickney, hmm. I want to try troubleshooting this but I don’t see any domain upgrades on this account. Let me know what domain you’re trying to renew and I’ll take a look. Thanks!

  Hi! I thought I paid for an upgrade on Nov 3rd and now I’m getting emails there was an issue. I see it still shows due Dec 5, 2016 I DO NOT WANT THIS TO GET TURNED OFF. I go to manage my purchases and it will not accept my credit card information. I get “loading” for the country and it will never come up to where I can provide all the info I need to. Was very disappointed when I realized I could not call and get help as my subscription is about to run out. Very frustrating. My blogsite is http://www.elliemaysgarden.com. Please help me pay you!

  Be sure to provide all relevant details in your thread please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the expiration take place?

  Then type modlook into the sidebar tags for Staff help.

  the domain is thefarthestreaches.net
  would love to be able to renew, this is odd because it shows up in my cart.

  thanks @shawnstickney, okay I see what happened now. Are you able to use a different method in the paypal wallet?

  If not let me know and we’ll try something else.
