Making A Post Sticky

  Hi all,

  Please excuse me if this seems like a straight forward question that has been asked a few times but is it possible to make a post sticky rather than having them all in reverse order?. I have got 3 tabs/headings on my blog and I want the “Starting All Over Again” in the Home Section to be read first at all times.
