Making A Post Sticky But Not At top of Blog

  Can I make a post stick to the top of a web page which is not the blog but a category?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you for your speedy response. The plugin you suggested is exactly what I need but I’m on a WordPress .Com site and can’t upload the plugin.Back to the drawing board!

  Thank you again. Yes, to make the post stay at the top, I will have to amend the date of future posts to the past. And bite the bullet and go over to WordPress.org!
