Making a sub-domain from WordPress-dns?

  Hi – I own the domain ww.mandmigop.dk witch I have with a wordpress upgrade. So my DNS is under the wordpress.com -> domain-options.

  Now, I want to make a sub-domain calles media.mandmigo.dk ind my DNS, how do I do that? I know nothing about DNS and so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
