Making a subscription based blog/newsletter

I’m looking to setup a blog/newsletter where I can have paid subscribers.
I would like to have a free 2 week trial for new members and then have the option to subscribe on a quarterly, bi-annually and annual subscription. I would also like the software to make automatic billing and subscriber management. I have a business paypal account and I’m wondering if that works or do I have to find another – what are some software for me to look at? thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

While WordPress.com allows for you to set up subscriptions to your site, (see here for details: https://en.support.wordpress.com/subscriptions-and-newsletters/), there are also restrictions on how you are allowed to monetize your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/
You can also upgrade to a Business Plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/. This will allow you to install plugins such as WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/, but again there are some restrictions of what you can and cannot do with WordPress.com.

For what you are describing, you may want to look into switching to a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and installing a paid membership plugin. Here are a few links with some useful information regarding WordPress.org and plugins:
