Making a Webpage NOT blog page for homepage

    Hello,

    Although I chose ‘calm business’ website theme for my business website, the homepage defaults to a blog page.

    I tried to follow the instructions to set my homepage to a static page. I have found Design > Customize BUT there is NO ‘homepage settings’ option.

    I have made a beautiful home pages on the pages (add new page, etc.) but the front/home page of my site continues to be an ugly-format blog mess page under ‘posts’. I have never added any posts to my page so have no idea why the website is defaulting here.

    I have also tried to just construct a homepage using the default blog page but that page does not have the same block options as a webpage does (e.g. the columns are too narrow, the colour blocks behind the media do not match the sizing, etc.).

    PLEASE could you tell me how to make the page that I constructed for my homepage to actually be my homepage instead of the ugly blog-mess that it is currently defaulting to?
