Making blog live and adding to website

  I created this blog a few years ago and now want to make it live and add to my website, It is on your main domain.
  So 2 questions:
  1. How to I make live.
  2.Can I just add a link to it on my website, or is it more complex than that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site would be live by default, unless the privacy was edited. What is the address? Happy to have a look.

  The site is live as soon as the address is registered. https://interiorsabouttown.wordpress.com/ is active and working.
