Making blogroll a drop down menu

  Is it correct that CSS cannot be used to make the blogroll on a sidebar become a drop down menu?

  The theme we’re using is connections. The blog is http://tlcbooktours.wordpress.com.

  I believe it is true that this cant be done with CSS

  AFAIK, it can’t be done. But you could put a scroll bar on there.

  Thanks so much! I got it working. Yay! I knew the question must have been asked at some point, but obviously wasn’t using the right search terms. The scroll bar is a great solution.
