Making changes in WordPress

I will be working with Search Engine News (who give me your information) as I had a WordPress site put together by some people in India (www.compucardinc.com is my site). I will be doing a lot of the work myself and I asked them where I could get help with this.
Things such as changing title descriptions on each page, I will need a 404 page for Google Analytics, putting and or changing alt tags on images, etc. This site has approximately 180 pages give or take a few and is poorly SEO’d. I used to do SEO work but sold the business, then had to take it back. It was in html but I had it changed to a WordPress site as that seemed like the thing to do in this current envionment.
How can you help me and do you have a phone number or does everything have to done like this?
