Hi there,
You’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site at secureconnectionscounseling.com is hosted by GoDaddy using the free WordPress software available at http://wordpress.org. Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files.
If you’re looking for additional support for your blog, you can find support for self-hosted WordPress sites here:
Let me know if you have any additional questions!

So I contacted Godaddy and they said to contact you to make changes. I am really confused and frustrated about this whole ordeal. I was with Therapysites.com who handled everything.
Don’t know what to do at this point!

Hey Rich!
I apologize for the confusion! You do have a site at WordPress.com (rkepple.wordpress.com). However, the site you’re referring to, secureconnectionscounseling.com, is not hosted at WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted site using WordPress.org software, which is a bit different. You can read about the difference here:
To be clear, your WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites have a completely separate login.
Since your site is self-hosted, I don’t have access to your site files and can’t reset your password or login credentials. If you know your login information, you can login at secureconnectionscounseling.com/wp-admin. Otherwise, you will need to contact your hosting service for additional help. You may also want to contact therapysites.com and explain the situation. Perhaps they created your login information and can help you login or at least point you in the right direction.
I apologize that I can’t be of more help!
