Making "classic dashboard" my default.
-
It used to be that when I went to start a new post I was always in what is now called the “classic dashboard”. Now when I go to my blog and start a new post, it first shows a more limiting “newer” version. How do I set my preferences so that I’m always in the “classic dashboard”? The newer version is too restrictive and it’s a bother to always have to select “classic dashboard”.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can get to the classic dashboard directly from your My Blogs page. Under your blog’s name, you can click the Dashboard link to get there. In the classic dashboard, you can then go to Posts > Add New to write a new post.
You may also want to bookmark the classic dashboard or that new post page if you’d like to get there quicker in the future. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

OK. Thanks. That works. It would be nice to be able to set a default so that if you clicked on the Posts link on your My Blogs page, you could go to the classic version. I find the quick version too simple to be of any use.

Thanks for that feedback! I’ll pass it along to our developers so they can keep it in mind in future updates. :)
