Making External Link in the Menue Open in a New Window

  I have set up the menu on my wordpress site so that when you click my “Music” or “Blog” options you are taken to 2 different external sites (my bandcamp and tubmlr). I would like for these sites to open in new windows instead of leaving my Word Press site completely. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t.
  You can make those links open in a new window if you
  a) add them to the content of your front page, or
  b) activate the sidebar for your front page, add the links via Links > Add New, and add the Links widget to your sidebar, or
  c) activate the sidebar for your front page, and add a Text widget with the link code in it.
