Making Links

  I cannot make links through the standard wordpress interface. The button simply doesn’t work. It doesn’t bring anything up. I can link by editing the html code and altering a page or post in wordpress admin, but the button in the standard page editor does not do anything.

  Hi,

  Are you first highlighting the text (or clicking on the image) that you want as your link? If that’s not the problem, then I’d suggest you try some of the remedies outlined in the Browser Issues support page. That toolbar feature works fine in my post and page editors, as it has for years.
