Making Links Into Text, help needed please :)

  Hi all,
  I tried following these instructions but I’m stumped… nothing I do works :(

  The topic is closed so I can’t add to it, otherwise I would have asked for help there. (I can’t even manage to find the “Manage>Posts “that panaghiotisadam refers to)

  What I REALLY need please is a pictorial step by step guide, preferably with screen shots please because I’m really technically challenged and my failures are getting really frustrating.

  I want for instance the link in my new post to reference a far earlier post…

  “Loevestein Castle, it’s All about location, location, location…”

  at the location of:

  https://kiwidutch.wordpress.com/2010/08/09/new-68/

  and when I reference it I’d like it to read: Loevestein Castle, it’s All about location, location, location…”

  instead of “https://kiwidutch.wordpress.com/2010/08/09/new-68/”

  Can anyone please please help me to make my links tidier???
