  Hello there. The domain millerhappy3.com is not taken so you’ll need to purchase and host it. Since you already have a WordPress.com site, you can purchase the domain at https://wordpress.com/domains/manage. In that page you’ll see an Add a Domain button, click there and then “to this site” (if you’re logged on the site you want to add the domain). Search the domain name to buy it.
  Remember that you can own a domain by purchasing it, but to use it in your WP site, you’ll need a paid plan. If you purchase any plan paying annually, you get the domain free for one year.

  Hi there!

  Just to clarify, the difference between having a domain with a paid plan and with a free plan is that on the free plan, you won’t be able to set the domain as your primary address.
