  2-U want to see a preview of my blog before publishing it

  Sure! This guide will walk you through uploading media and documents:

  As for the preview, you’ll see a Preview button in your post or page editor. You can use it to preview that post or page.

  Otherwise you can preview (and customize) your site at:
  https://wordpress.com/customize/
