Making my opening page my home page

  I just started my blog https://victoriousvirtuouswomenoffaith.wordpress.com/ however I noticed when people log on, my blog is the first page. That is where I add all my recent blogs, however I have no ‘Page at the top of my Menu’ so when people click onto another page, they cant be directed back to the that page because there is no button for it. How do I make my opening page my Home/Blog page? I want people to be able to click on the button at the top to direct them back to it. Help?
