Making My Pages to a new independent "Front Page".

Hello. I am new to making websites as well as designing them.
I just found a fine template to use, so I installed it and was happy with it.
Until now, I want to create different “Categories” within my website. Such as fitness, games and news.My page is : http://www.freebirdss.net
Right Underneath the header, there are 3 boxes in the same size.. I want them to lead to a new “front page” whenever you click the “Read More” button. As for now I am stuck to write only ONE single post at each page.
Are there any ways for me to create additional posts?Hope my English was fair enough to understand, and waiting for a reply soon. Thanks.

That’s not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and we do not provide support for it.
