  Thanks for posting in this support forum. Please may you give me more details on what’s happening when you try to navigate between web pages? Right now the link you shared is showing a blank “coming soon” page. I don’t see any links to other web pages.

  Also note that your Business plan gives you access to both live chat and direct email support. You can reach those at any time by clicking the Help icon that appears bottom-right on all the My Sites pages, or else via the direct link at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  I can now navigate between pages, but I can’t get any page but the home page to load on my website.

  It looks like the site hasn’t got a custom menu – this can be done as per this guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/
