Making my wordpress website accessible.

    I am trying to make by blog public so I could submit my film project on IMDb. I tried entering the address of my own site, but I kept receiving a notice which said that this site does not exist despite that I created it on my account and saved some changes. I allowed search engines to post my entry, but it made no difference since it could not be accessed by the public and I know wordpress blogs which are. How can I make my blog public?
