Making my WordPress.com Blog more "Mobile Friendly"

  Hello,

  I’m currently using the Twenty Eleven theme for my wordpress.com blog/website.

  I’ve heard about a plugin called “WPtouch,” which makes your blog more user-friendly for mobile devices. Just curious if this plugin is available for “.com” users, or if I need to be using WordPress.org? Also, if it is available for my site, how do I install it?

  No Plug-in’s allowed

  But

  Dashboard >> Appearance >> Mobile >> Enable mobile theme

  Should do the same thing
