Making of new e-commerce website through wordpress by self?

  I have taken the hosting space from hostgator and domain name from godaddy, now i want to build my e commerce website through wordpress but how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have bought a hosting plan and a domain, you might be wanna use WordPress.ORG-a self-hosted platform to create a blog or a website or an eCommerce store(there are several plugins available to do this).
