Making our menu go full screen

  Howdy everyone. I have been tasked with trying to upgrade our companies website http://ecm.ab.ca/ and the first thing they are looking for is having our logo and menu stretch across the full screen. Try as I might I can’t figure it out. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
