Making own Templates

  I’m kind of new to WP and i was wondering if we (bloggers) could make our own themes. I have a software that I use to make webpages.

  So if anyone can help me it would be nice.

  You can’t, but you can modify the existing ones. You could also style Sandbox (from scratch) to your likening.
