Making pages transparent in Avant theme

  Hello,

  I am about to launch my very basic website: http://librafit.co.uk/ but I would really like to be able to have the text on the pages in white and the pages background semi-transparent so that the photo behind can be seen.

  I really am not very techy but would love to be able to make this small change. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how, please.

  librafit.co.uk uses WordPress.org software and is hosted by Bluehost:
