Making Photos Unable to be Copied

  Is there a way to keep the photos I place in my blog from being copied and used elsewhere? We had a family locally find out that photos of their baby from their blog were being used for a phony adoption scheme in Canada. As a business that caters to new moms, we would like to insure any photos we used not be abused. Any ideas?

  Frankly, the only way to keep photos from being copied is to not post them. Even if you disable right-click-and-save-image (which is not possible on wordpress.com) there is always screen capture. I recommend watermarking or otherwise ‘disfiguring’ photos; still no guarantee, but less tempting.
