Making posts a preview rather than showing the whole post

  I am trying to only show a preview of my posts when the recipes page is clicked but I cant get it to preview it only is showing the entire posts so it is very hard to navigate and find which recipes you’re looking for.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
