Making posts page "Home" in the menu?

    Hi

    I have my posts page and then have added 3 more pages (which show up in tabs across the top – Misty Look theme)

    How can I make the page where posts appear my Home page and have a Home tab alongside the other tabs in the menu?

    I have read how to have a static front page and posts on a different page…but that’s not what I need…
