Making seected posts accessible via a single email link

  I want to make posts in a particular category visitable via a url-link. How do I do this? Can I develop a ‘contents’ page so visitors can choose a specific post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you make a post part of a certain category, it will be visible under the a page will all posts in that category at http://phantomjogger.wordpress.com/category/xxxxxx/ for example the category Telegraph Top Three is found here: http://phantomjogger.wordpress.com/category/telegraph-top-three/

  As for a contents page, I guess you could. Another option is to just use the category widget (appearance -> widgets) which will show in your sidebar all categories you have made, and if someone clicks on it, they will see all the posts you have made in that category (it takes them to the pages mentioned above).
