  How do I make follower sign easy so followers don’t have to become members of wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your visitors can also use the Follow button in the lower-right corner, where they can enter their email address to be notified of new posts published on your blog. (That button will appear for visitors not logged into WordPress.com.)

  You can also add the Follow Blog widget to your sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets.
