Making site

Sir/Mam,
I want to build a site which has following features, basically I want to open a travel guide site
1: It shows a logo and map when we open it.
2: by taping on map at any location a few window open on right side which shows images, YouTube link of travelling bloggers, blog link, living experience and hotels information
3: any one can add their reviews, images and experience about specific place and also add their personal links. But to submit this information first they have to go to the map and then select place then they can add whatever they want.
4: by getting their location it shows nearby information
Please help me with building this site. -
