making submenus on menu bar fit on one line, with no double spacing
-
How can I make the titles for the child pages of one of our main pages (Upcoming Workshops) fit on one horizontal line in the drop-down submenu, and remove the word wrap, and remove the double spacing within the title if the title is long and needs to wrap (in cases where the child page has a title too long to fit on one line)?
I would like to make the drop-down sub-menu for “Upcoming Workshops” and “Past Workshops” much wider so the child page/sub menu titles can fit on one line in the drop down selection menu. I’ve already reduced the font size of the child page titles on the sub menu, but it did not make that much of a difference and even short titles wrap around to the 2nd line using a big double space within the title. (A double space is fine BETWEEN different child page titles on the sub menu, but not OK within one title that wraps around using a double space).
For example, right now, on the Upcoming Workshops menu, the child page/sub menu named “Intro to Estuaries-ANERR” is wrapped around to take up two lines. On the first line, “Intro to Estuaries” appears, and wraps with a big space between to the rest of the title “ANERR”. It looks odd with double spacing, and looks like “ANERR” is a separate workshop altogether, instead of word wrapping the title using a single space format.
Thanks so much for any virtual help you can offer!!

Hi there, to widen the the submenus on Organization, add the following to your custom CSS and edit the width as desired.
.menu ul ul, ul.menu ul { width: 180px; }
