Making sure I get my full refund

    Would like to confirm that I will receive my full refund because I have received an email saying I’m only getting refunded £22 when it should be a lot more than that because I paid for the year

    Our refund period for domains is shorter than it is for plans (due to the rigid nature of domain registrations) so although you cancelled both your domain and your plan upgrade, we were only able to offer a partial refund.

    Did you wish to use photofilmic.com with a site on another service? We have a short grace period where we can restore the domain to your account before it’s returned to the registry and we lose control of it. To clarify, when a domain is cancelled like this it does not go on sale to the public for several months, so it will not be easy to pick this domain up again elsewhere if you plan to use it in the near-term.

    However, if you can let us know the provider you plan to use for your site, we can add settings on this end to connect your domain (after we restore it) so that you can continue to use it as your website address.
