Making the header image clickable and linked to home

  Hi,

  I am using the Manifest theme for my blog hosted at wordpress.com. I want to remove the blog title completely and use the header image as my home button. I’m pretty sure this is possible (see http://tinyurl.com/3so6efb), but would like to know if it requires me to buy the Custom Design upgrade.
