Making the linked blog my primary blog

    I am wanting to make http://www.accesstheawesome.com the primary blog for my wordpress account. The nudfud.wordpress.com and freshandfabulousfodder.wordpress.com are no longer needed. Can someone help?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    You can change your primary blog from the “Primary Blog” dropdown menu in your account settings here: https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

    If you no longer need your WordPress.com blogs at nudfud.wordpress.com and freshandfabulousfodder.wordpress.com, you can make them private or delete them.

    Please note that deleting a site is permanent and can’t be undone. Neither you nor anyone else will be able to use that site address in the future.

    Hi there,

    I have made the 2 blogs private and set the other as primary in accounts, I save the changes but two things still happen
    1. I go to check to see if it has saved and nudfud.wordpress.com has become the primary site url in my account settings
    2. when i google my name and wordless freshandfabulousfodder still comes up, even though i have set it at private and it is not set as my primary blog..

    I’m hoping you can help me further!

    I just checked your account, and your site http://www.accesstheawesome.com/ is set as the primary blog. If you still see your other blog as the primary one in your account settings, you may need to refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. when i google my name and wordless freshandfabulousfodder still comes up, even though i have set it at private and it is not set as my primary blog..

    It can take a while for Google to update its search results after a change like this. However, if you give it time, that blog should disappear from their search results. If anyone else tries to visit that blog’s address in the meantime, they will only see a message about the blog being private.
