Making the title of my blog visible

  This is actually for another blog I have, which is at http://expatsinitaly.com/tina
  The title of the blog (Pecorino e Miele) should be in the upper left-hand corner, but is only visible when I mouse over it. How can I make that visible *without* having to move my mouse over?

  You need to be asking at some other forum. That’s not a WordPress.com blog and we can’t provide support here for blogs other than those hosted here; the software is too different. If it’s using WordPress software, go to WordPress.org and they’ve got a support forum there.
