Making web site mobile friendly

  I would like my website and all the tab pages to be viewable on a mobile phone or ipad. Right now you can’t see the right side where most of the tabs on my page are. Is there an upgrade I can pay for to make this mobile friendly.

  This site is an unused wordpress.com blog wearing a 10 year old Kubrick default theme that was retired log ago.

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// for the site you refer to?

  Can I change this to a different theme so it would be viewable.
