Making WordPress websites for small businesses

  Hi,

  I’m a highschool student and I am thinking about making some money this summer by making websites for local small businesses, along with other social media marketing. I was wondering if charging clients for wordpress websites I make for them is legal. Please let me know if there any terms and conditions I should know about it prior to continuing with this. Thank you!
