    site:federicapolegridotnet.wordpress.com
I have found out that there is this second site that I have not created myself. I suspect it filters my own posts or block them.
I have tried to upgrade to Premium higher package but my credit card was rejected as invalid, even though tmy bank assured me it was able to be used to pay.
I am afraid my blog has been hackered and damaged
I can’t find admin plugins either and my blog does not publish post on links or emails as it used to

    please help!!!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi Federica – You currently have two blogs:

    http://federicapolegri.wordpress.com/
    http://federicapolegridotnet.wordpress.com/

Likely you accidentally created that second one when you tried to register federicapolegri.net but did so from the signup page rather than through the Dashboard of your existing blog. I can just delete that blog for you if you want.

Your transaction was declined by your bank. I’d check with them again about this, and/or try another card.

Plugins aren’t allowed here at WordPress.com, so it’s normal you should not see an area for them. The plugin area appears only on self-hosted WordPress sites.

Can you describe more what you mean by your blog ‘does not publish post on links or emails as it used to’? I’ll be happy to help you out with that, but I’m not quite sure what you’re describing.

I have been having the first blog for quite a long time, the second appears recently.
The bank advise me that the card was fully valid and they could not explain me why it would be rejected as invalid when I tried to upgrade.
Thanks for the plug in info, I later realised that my type of wordpress blog could be the reason for not having the plug in option.
I linked my wordpress blog to Facebook and emails of media, but at one point I realised that those links were broken. I managed to establish again the link with Facebook.
Thank you very much for your answer

  • Hi Federica – Sometimes banks decline WordPress.com transactions for security reasons, because they don’t recognize the vendor. I’d check with them again, and explain that you’re making an online purchase from a company based in the US and PayPal is saying your transaction is being declined by your bank. The charge shows on the bank statement as WP-FEE.COM.
